Can I transfer rs3 gp to OSRS?

Just started getting back into RS 1 week ago and wanted to know if there is a way to swap RS3 gp. RS3 seems p2w to me so I don't see any reason to play it anymore.

You can but you need to absolutely make sure the person is trustworthy. There is no way to make sure they won't scam you.

What I did instead was when I switched to OSRS about 2 years ago was I used my rs3 gold to buy bonds. I just recently ran out of money on rs3 so it worked out great.

use 'prop swap' cc and talk to someone with a bronze/silver or gold star and he can swap it for you.

you could just buy a lot of bonds because membership in rs3 is the same as osrs. saving yourself ever having to buy bonds with osrs cash or irl cash again.

btw if you do swap you should probably buy bonds with at least some of rs3 cash for above reason.

Oakdice is 100% legit. If you've got a few bill like I did you can't spend that all on mems so have to swap.

Join the "prop swap" fc. Trust the ranks. They did it for me. The ranks will never try to message you. If anyone messages you directly, theyre trying to scam you. They arent always taking rs3 gp though. Youre gonna have to wait until they are. Its kind of random when they can swap to rs3, it just depends on which currency they currently have.

Update: the rank "Vinny" is taking rs3 now. I'd hop on cause rs3 gp usually gets swapped fast.
